Snowman Cooler Warranty

Snowman Cooler L.L.C. provides the following warranty to the original owner or purchaser of walk-in coolers and freezers manufactured by Snowman Cooler L.L.C. This manufacturer’s warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties whether expressed or implied and is not effective or enforceable upon equipment which has been installed improperly, altered or otherwise damaged due to misuse. This manufacturer’s warranty does not include any labor or freight charges in association with the replacement or repair of defective parts. At no time, shall Snowman Cooler L.L.C. be liable for loss of profit or revenue, loss of use or for any indirect, circumstantial or incidental losses including, but not limited to product or food loss.

PANEL WARRANTY: 10 YEARS

Snowman Cooler L.L.C. warrants that all panels produced by the company are of sound craftsmanship and quality. All panels are free from defect in both material and craftsmanship under the normal conditions of use and operation. Snowman Cooler’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion any panel that it deems defective within (10) years from the original date of purchase. Any repairs or replacement under warranty are FOB factory.

HARDWARE WARRANTY: 1 YEAR

Snowman Cooler L.L.C. warrants that all hardware used by the manufacture will carry a standard (1) year warranty.

REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT WARRANTY: 1 YEAR

Snowman Cooler L.L.C. warrants that all refrigeration equipment carries a (1) year warranty on compressors and components when installed by a certified refrigeration contractor. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at manufacturer’s discretion, on any component which proves defective within (1) year from the original date of purchase. Warranty does not include labor charges and any repairs or replacement under above warranty is FOB factory.

OPTIONAL WARRANTIES

Snowman Cooler L.L.C. offers optional extended (4) year compressor warranty and an optional 1st through 5th year labor warranty is available upon request.
